absolutely stunning! A must own for anyone that appreciates fashion and beauty.
I bought this as a gift for a friend who is into photography and fashion. I love Siriano's attitude toward women not needing to be stick figures, and designing for all shaped women. I watched him on the third season of Project Runway (the only one that I ever watched) and he was a true character. His designs are beautiful, and it's fascinating to see some of the behind the scenes work.
Not only is the photographic presentation of the material superb but the concept drawings and construction patterns really give you an insight into a truly gifted artistic mind. I also appreciate that none of his gowns are just 'glued together' just for the runway. These are hand-crafted masterpiece works of art that can be passed down generation to generation as they are well-constructed and timeless.
Absolutely beautiful illustrations! I'm a big fan of Siriano's work, and that's why I purchased this. It's full of his designs, including sketches, progress shots, and quotes from the designer himself. It's a great inspiration for me to go through.
Tailoring was our family's business...led by my father. Watched this young man on PR....very talented....Beautiful edition....Passing on to my children and grandchildren ...Great read and beautiful for the coffee table.
